1Why should I become a member?
Join a group of enthusiastic photographers of all skill levels. In addition to two monthly meetings, there are activities such as field trips, mentoring sessions, contests, exhibits, and photographic workshops. Members also have access to the Sackville Photography Club equipment pool, receive discounts from various local photography vendors, and are able to join to our private club facebook page.
2What methods of payment are acceptable for membership fees?
Membership is $40 per year, and payment methods accepted are PayPal, credit card (via PayPal, but no account is required), and cheque or cash can be brought to the next meeting or mailed to the club treasurer. Email for the mailing address.

1Where do you meet?
Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesday of the month at Acadia Hall on 650 Sackville Drive. Guests are welcome to attend a meeting or two before joining. Doors open at 6:30p and the meeting begins at 7:00p.
2What is a Member Showcase?
Sackville Photo Club Members are invited to submit a Member Showcase, presenting their own work in a slideshow for display during one of our club meetings. Slide shows are limited to 5 minutes long, or the length of one song when accompanied by music.
3What is the G.A.S. Segment?
As photographers, many of us share a common affliction, Gear Aquisition Syndrome. Any member who has recently aquired an interesting piece of equipment is encouraged to bring it along and share a 5 minute segment about it at one of our meetings. Get in touch with our Programming Coordinator to find out when the next timeslot is open.

1What is a club Field Trip?
A field trip is a club photography outing were everyone brings their camera and enjoys socalizing and learning with other members. The agenda is generally very flexible to allow for maximum creativity.
2What are Mentoring Sessions?
Mentoring sessions are when members volunteer to share their skills with other members. There are a variety of topics, and sessions are free to attend, but class size is limited.
3What is the difference between Mentoring Sessions and Workshops?
Mentoring Sessions are hosted by member volunteers and Workshops are typically presentors from outside of the club. Workshops may have a fee to attend.
4What kind of contests and exhibits does the club have?
Our Photo Contest is a yearly event that offers the opportunity for our members to enter their images in a friendly competition. We have a yearly photography exhibit at the Sackville Public Library, displaying SPC members photos for the general public to enjoy.
