Our next online Sackville Photography Club meeting is this Wednesday, December 16th.
This meeting would normally be our annual Christmas party, but here we are, still with gathering restrictions and semi lockdown, thanks to COVID. Pour yourself a beverage, fill a plate with appetizers, pull up a chair and get comfortable and we will do our best to bring you an entertaining meeting.
This meeting will be one of the members favourites, focusing on “Live Critiques”, moderated by Mike Donahue.
New to photography? Trying something new? Wanting to push your photography forward? Want to get out of a creative rut? Critique is a great way to help you with all of these. We’ll provide some positive and constructive feedback on your images, from a varied group of photographers who might see things from a different perspective.
We will provide a wrap up on the “Adopt-A-Family” initiative, remind folks to create some “Long Exposure” images for the Monthly Showcase at our first meeting in January. Mike Donahue and Mark Klaamas will also give a short talk on another annual favourite – Solstice Sunrise at the Arm. As always Chris Briand will update us on Club Business.
We may be meeting online but that won’t stop us from creating a little bit of Christmas fun with a few “Door Prize” draws!
We look forward to you joining us online this Wednesday, December 16th at 7pm from the comfort of your home! You don’t want to miss this!!!! The Zoom meeting invite will be sent out by email and posted as an EVENT in the Members Facebook group.
If you haven’t already completed your Membership Renewal or you are joining for the first time visit https://www.sackvillephotoclub.com/join/
A reminder that only Club members “in good standing” will have access to the Club Members Only Facebook page.

We are busy planning for the 2020/21 Club year and encourage your participation in meetings – consider submitting a Member Slideshow/Talk or giving a “How I Got the Shot” presentation or even a 10 – 15 minute Tech Talk. Please contact Kim Ottenbrite at email@example.com if you want to be on the agenda of an upcoming meeting.
